What I Believe

  • Every era of technology change has the same winner: the team that stayed closest to which customers actually matter and what they genuinely need. AI doesn't change this. Faster build cycles don't change this. If anything, speed makes clarity more valuable, not less.

  • When teams scale under pressure, design effort drifts toward what's loudest. Decisions get made by momentum rather than intention. The work isn't wrong — it's just pointed at the wrong thing. Restoring that clarity is almost always the highest-leverage intervention available.

  • One designer working on the right problem outperforms ten working on the wrong one. Deciding what deserves design attention is not a secondary concern. It's the work.

  • Presence inside the work generates outcomes that sideline consulting cannot. I don't send recommendations. I help you implement them.
